Acceptance of Terms
(a) PitchSpace Social Inc. (“PitchSpace”) provides this platform and related services (the “Service”) for business access under these Terms of Use (the “TOU”). Updates may be made at PitchSpace's discretion. The most current TOU can be accessed on the website.
(b) Arbitration Agreement and Waiver of Class Actions: The TOU requires binding arbitration for disputes, excluding class actions. Please refer to Section 21 for dispute resolution details.
(c) By registering or using the Service, you accept the TOU on behalf of your company. If you lack authority or disagree with these terms, you must not use the Service.
(d) Users must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority.Other Agreements and Terms
(a) Additional policies, including the Privacy Policy, are incorporated by reference into the TOU and are binding.
(b) Data transmission may require adaptation to technical requirements for network or device compatibility.Registration and Account

(d) Arbitration will occur in New York, New York, and will be conducted in English.
